Account Deletion — ModaList

1. What is deleted

Deletion permanently removes: your account (email and UID), your Shopify store credentials (encrypted token), the history of uploaded products and any associated preferences. Deletion is final and irreversible.

2. Data that may be retained

We may retain, for the strictly necessary time and in minimized form, only the data required by legal obligations (e.g. tax receipts for purchases). We also retain, for fraud and abuse prevention purposes, one-way pseudonymized identifiers (HMAC) of the email and device, for a maximum of 24 months. This data is not used for any other purpose.

3. How to delete from the app (recommended)

Open ModaList > Settings > Delete account and data. Removal takes place within 48 hours.

4. How to delete without the app (via web)

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from your account's email address to info@nederghadhab.com. We will verify your identity through the email associated with the account and proceed within 48 hours, confirming once done.
