1. Provider

2. Service

ModaList is a service that automates the creation of product listings on Shopify using artificial intelligence. Purchased credits are consumable and are used up as you use the service.

3. Account

The user is responsible for the security of their own credentials. Use of the service requires an active Shopify account connected by the user.

4. Payments

In-app purchases are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store through RevenueCat. Any refunds follow the policies of the respective stores.

5. Limitation of Liability

The accuracy of AI-generated listings depends on the quality of the inputs provided. The user is required to verify the data (prices, sizes, descriptions) before publishing. We do not guarantee specific commercial results.
